My 97-year old Mother required an adjustment to her hearing aids. The wonderful specialist greeted us at the door and escorted us into the testing room. She was knowledgeable, patient and quite helpful. Mom’s problems seemed to be addressed. Another appointment, complete with another hearing evaluation, was set for six months.
